Come back to yourself. You don’t have to carry this alone.

Trauma therapy that helps you feel steady, safe, and connected again—integrating faith, compassion, and research/evidence-based care.

You don’t have to have a “big trauma” to deserve support. Everyone deserves therapy.

Grounded in grace. Guided by science. Rooted in neuroscience.

Does this sound familiar?

You want to feel steady, connected, and grounded in your life and/or faith — but instead you’ve been noticing:

  • Emotions or memories appear when you least expect them

  • A brain that feels “too fast,” “too slow,” or both; overstimulated

  • Anxiety or shutdown that seems to come out of nowhere

  • Feeling distant from God, others, or even yourself

  • Tension in your body that is exhausting and unexplained at times

  • Sleep is difficult or you never feel rested

  • Bad things happened a long time ago, but you’ve shoved them aside to keep going, or you view them as “not as bad as other people’s traumas”.

  • Grief that still aches in places you don’t talk about

  • Overwhelm or overstimulation that drains your energy

  • A sense that your reactions don’t match your heart

  • You feel like you’re always on—always responsible, always striving, never feeling enough, and always trying to be better but never getting “there”.

  • More distance and conflict in close relationships, especially with your spouse and family members

What you’re experiencing isn’t weakness.
It’s your brain and body working hard to protect you after hard things.

And you don’t have to keep doing that alone.

Therapy with us is not cookie-cutter.

HOW WE CAN HELP YOU

EMDR for Trauma & Dissociation

Your brain has been trying to keep you safe. EMDR helps it finally rest. Experience relief, clarity, and emotional freedom.

Equine-Assisted Counseling & Equine-Assisted EMDR

Horses offer a calm, regulating presence that helps clients feel grounded, connected, and safe. A unique and deeply healing approach for trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem.

Faith-Integrated Christian Counseling

Bring your whole heart and whole faith into the counseling room. We integrate Scripture, spiritual formation, and emotional healing with compassion and gentleness — the way Jesus meets the hurting. Find spiritual safety, clarity, and restoration.

Anxiety Treatment

Shift from overwhelm to peace using faith-rooted, evidence-based tools. Learn how to calm your body, settle your mind, and breathe again.

Grief & Loss Counseling

Loss reshapes us — but it doesn’t diminish God’s nearness. We walk with you at your pace, without rushing or minimizing. Rediscover hope, meaning, and companionship in the valley.

ADHD, Overwhelm & Emotional Regulation

When the world feels too loud or too fast, life can feel unmanageable. ADHD is not a flaw — it’s a brain wired differently, often beautifully. We support clients who struggle with:

Overstimulation · Emotional flooding · Focus and follow-through · Shame connected to performance · Feeling spiritually scattered or disconnected

Together, we build understanding, tools, and compassion for the way God designed your mind.

Brainspotting

A gentle, powerful way to access what talk therapy can’t reach. Heal the deeper roots of anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional blocks.

Art Therapy, Nature/Outdoors-Based Sessions & Experiential Healing

Sometimes your heart needs something different than a conversation.Traditional talk therapy has not worked for you in the past.

Art and experiential work give your nervous system a way to speak—through creativity, movement, and gentle expression—especially when words feel stuck.

And when the walls feel too small, we can take therapy outside. Walk-and-talk sessions offer calm, clarity, and a steady rhythm forward—helping you soften, breathe, and process in a way that feels natural.

Therapy for High-Achieving Women Who Want Peace

If you feel like you’re always on—always responsible, always taking care of others, always striving, always trying to be better—therapy can be the place you finally breathe.

We’ll work with the anxiety, perfectionism, and the deeper pressure underneath it, so you can feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally steady… even when life is full.

And if faith is part of your story, we can gently integrate it in a way that feels safe and supportive—never performative.

Counseling for Kids (3+) & Teens

We help young people navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, identity, relationships, and faith questions through developmentally attuned approaches. A safe, steady place for your child or teen to grow and heal.

Couples Counseling

Remember when it felt like the two of you could conquer the world together?

Lately, maybe you’ve felt more disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in the same painful patterns. Couples counseling can help you slow down, understand what is really happening beneath the conflict, and learn to communicate in a way that helps both of you feel heard, valued, and cared for.

We help couples rebuild connection, strengthen trust, and grow closer together — one honest conversation at a time.

Our therapists use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Methods for couples/marriage counseling.
